Direct Investments:-
This involves establishing a commercial enterprise that will be based in one of the African countries of your choice. You are required to physically move to the continent to engage in a business venture. We shall assist you create and manage a successful business. In-Direct Investments
In this case you will invest in one or more of our projects and earn passive income as a shareholder/investor.
1. Buy Shares in Return To Africa - This is an opportunity to join us in supporting our mission as described in the "About" section of this website. Return To Africa is offering 100,000 Preference Shares to anyone wishing to support our venture. Our shares are designed to attract a fixed percentage of dividends for a specific period of time in this case two years. After two years these shares will be converted to Ordinary Shares. Any share holder is allowed to sell their shares six months from the date of purchase. The share sale process is being handled by our holding entity, an organization called Diaspora Support Agency, (DSA) a legally registered institution based in Tanzania. Each share costs 5 US dollars and you are allowed to purchase a minimum of 5 shares. So, for a price of 25 US dollars you can own a piece of our organization.

2. Buy Shares in a Gold Coin Minting Factory:- This project is located in the City of Mwanza Tanzania inside the International Mineral Market Complex. It involves buying Gold from smallholder mining groups and co-operative societies whose mines are located at the Geita region and minting it into coins and mini-bars. This is a start-up venture by the Return To Africa Agency. It is the first to engage in coin minting in Tanzania. Gold coin minting is a multi-billion dollar business globally that is currently dominated by the USA, UAE and China. 3. Commercial Farm-Mwanza:- Agriculture is a lucrative venture all over the world. This enterprise gives you the opportunity to invest in a 1,514 acre farm where mixed farming activities (crop growing and livestock rearing) are being undertaken. You can purchase preference shares or lease land (minimum 10 acres) where you will be allowed to grow crops or keep farm animals for a minimum period of 3 years. Those who opt to buy the preference shares will be able to earn a handsome return for the first two years of their investment with the option to sell your shares six months after they purchase them.
